I have a friend that recently ended a long-term relationship and like many, is struggling to manage through her new single status and decidedly different way-of-life. Having never broken up from a long-term committed relationship myself (knock on wood), I began to do some research for tips and activities that my help my friend stay occupied and positive through this difficult time.
